1. Your Profile

Male V1 Standards and Balance models are available for all nine StrengthMap movements. Enter age and bodyweight to activate personalized results. Female Standards and Balance models are still in development.

2. Enter Your Lifts

Choose the lifts you want to analyze. Start with any of the blank rows below, then add more only if you want them. Weight × reps automatically converts to an estimated 1RM, and the same inputs feed both Standards and Balance analysis.

The StrengthMap anatomy view visualizes performance patterns associated with your entered lifts. It does not diagnose individual muscle weakness, injury, mobility limitations, technique limitations, or the cause of a strength imbalance. In Balance Mode, findings from highly technical lifts—such as the Push Press and Split Jerk—have limited or no direct influence on anatomy coloring because performance may reflect skill, timing, power expression, and movement proficiency in addition to strength.
