Group training uses a shared program template (still highly effective) with community support, while 1-on-1 includes fully custom programming and more direct feedback.

It’s not neccessary but a home gym or gym membership would help a lot. There are exercise substitutions for people without access to a gym - but you will need some basics. At minimum, some dumbbells.

Perfect! This is a great option for beginners. I love helping brand new people learn the correct fundamentals and build healthy habits.

No problem. You can catch up on workouts by doing more back to back days or just pick up where you left off. We are not aiming for perfection - but we do need to be consistent.

Nutirtional concepts, habits, and guidence is included. Individual nutritonal plans are not included in this package or program. For personalized nutritional plans, I offer my premium 1v1 online coaching.

Each workout will take betwen 30-60 minutes to complete. How much time you spend on the community app is up to you. But remember, you are doing more than just a couple workouts a week. This is a lifestyle and habit shift. Being healthy is a 24/7 job - choosing the right foods in the right portion sizes, being active thorughout the day, sleeping quality and quantity, etc. If you’re goal is to short cut your way to success, you might want to find another program.
